Moreover, my intentional treatment of students with dignity and respect underscores my commitment to ethical considerations and student well-being. Additionally, my adaptability to individual student needs and responsiveness to the class as a whole aligns with the creation of a creative and productive environment, contributing to the high standards of professional conduct. Rational: As an artist and educator I stay informed about current research in contemporary art and art education pedagogy by reading academic journals, articles, and publications. This enables me to integrate evidence-based practices into their teaching methodologies and to stay up to date on currant art news.

Rational: I adjust teaching methods, materials, or assessments to accommodate various learning styles, abilities, and interests within the classroom. By doing so I navigate and respond effectively to the ever-changing dynamics of the learning environment. Throughout all of my lessons I provide a mix of text, images, videos, and interactive online content to cater to different learning preferences. Additionally, I offer videos and resources that show examples of work at different skill levels to accommodate diverse artistic skill levels in the class. My lesson plans also provide tasks of varying complexity so the students with a stronger skill set can challenger themselves and those who need it a little simple also has an example. Rational: Art displays can promote a positive and inclusive school culture by celebrating students' creativity and achievements. It is important to organize such displays that are actively engaging with the broader community and fostering connections between the school and its stakeholders. By highlighting students' artistic talents in public spaces, I get to demonstrate my pride in my students' accomplishments, enhancing the school's reputation within the local community. Additionally, by showcasing student art I advocate for the importance of arts education. This can inspire colleagues to incorporate more creative elements into their teaching and promote the value of the arts within the broader teaching profession.
